1.         2 fully completed PKU High School Application Form for International Students.

2.         1 notarized declaration signed by your parents or legal guardian, stating that arrangements have been made for a guardian in China to act in place of a parent.

3.         1 notarized declaration signed by a Chinese citizen of at least 19 years of age that they will serve as a guardian in lieu of your parents.

4.         1 letter of enrollment from the student’s current school.

5.         1 original current school transcript.

6.         2 reference letters.

7.         1 copy of certificate of Chinese language proficiency (H.S.K.) (for diploma program students).

8.         1 copy of the student’s passport and parents' passports.

9.     1 APPLICATION FEE paid in the exact amount (refer to Fee Schedule).

10.     6 passport-sized PHOTOGRAPHS (taken within the past six months).
